Have a look at our model text and answer the questions that follow!

  • Describe the layout of the poster. What works well / doesn’t work well?

 

  •  What have you learned from the poster? What will it make you do now that you didn’t before?

 

  • Do you think there is anything missing from the poster? Would you add anything more?

 

  • Choose 4 words that you think are particularly effective from the text. Can you use them in a different warning sentence?

 

  • Visualising - Choose one box. Can you draw a picture to capture its message without using words?

Computing

Today we are looking at google slides! Log into your google account and open slides. Have a go at making a presentation about the Roman's. Use the internet to add pictures and make it really interesting to look as as well as listen to!

 

If you are struggling with Google Slides, have a go using power point.
