Hi - here are some tasks for your child if they are well but having to isolate at the moment. Please note that we don't expect children to do any work if they are poorly - we would much rather they rest and get better so that they can come back to school.
Maths.
English.
We are learning about rhyme this week and have been listening to "Oi Frog". Here is a lovely version of the story being read aloud.
Can you write some of your own ideas for the book?
Eg - " A slug sits on a __________"
Remember - they have to rhyme - that is the rule!
Understanding of the World
In the classroom we are making symmetrical butterflies. If you have paints at home then perhaps you could make one too?

We are learning about friendship. This week we will be thinking about what makes a good friend. Talk to a grownup about what you think makes a good friend - then make a card for one of your friends. Tell them why they are a good friend - what makes them special to you?
