Maths - What is Area?

We are beginning a new unit on AREA this week. You will need some sticky notes or spare pieces of paper for today's lesson. The word 'rectilinear' in the worksheet means a shape that has straight sides and right angles.

Please watch your Powerpoint Presentation. Then highlight the rule in your spelling list. Mrs F&P make sure you know the meaning for the different homophones, e.g. missed and mist.

 

Mrs F&P - Your focus is Homophones and near homophones (these are words which sound the same but have different meanings and spellings)
