If you do not have the resources available, you are more than welcome to complete another activity to help your Wellbeing. This may involve: 

 

-Art work such as drawing a picture or colouring in
-Reading a book or listening to your favourite story

-Playing a game with your family -not on the computer or electronic device.

-Practising a musical instrument

-Practising another hobby you may have. 

-Going on a walk
