-Activity 7 (Read through the Writer's Toolkit)

-Activity 8 (Comment on the effect of the four sentences chosen.)

-Activity 9 (Write your own descriptive paragraph about the setting in the picture)

Yesterday was the end of our measurement topic so we are going to finish off the week with some Mental Arithmetic. Attached is a mini Mental Arithmetic test.

-You do not need to complete it as a test. Work through the questions at your own pace.

-Use your revision guides to help you.

-Make a note of the question number if you find it tricky so we can help you at school. 

-The answers are attached on the last page. Use them to mark your work. 

-You do not need to print it off. You can use paper to copy down and work out the questions. 

Finally, use any left over time you have to go on Times Tables Rockstars.

Catch up Afternoon 

Please start the afternoon by going through any work you have submitted on Class Dojo this week and respond to the feedback you have been given. 

This afternoon you have the opportunity to catch up on any of the tasks that have been set this week. This could mean:

-Finishing off any work that you haven't done so already

-Revising any areas of your learning you have found tricky. 

- Practising on Spelling Shed or Times Table Rockstars

-Reading your book.

-Watching any of the BBC Live Lessons appropriate for your age group. They can all be accessed on Iplayer.
