Please watch the literacy lesson below and then click on the task underneath.

History

Click on the link below to watch the video for today's lesson. Then complete the two tasks below. 

Task One:

Answer the following question in complete sentences. Try and look at 2 or three things to discuss. 

Do you think the Industrial Revolution had a positive or negative effect on the people of Britain?

Task Two:

Create a wordsearch using 15 Victorian words that you can think of that we have learnt over the last few weeks. You could use words such as WORKHOUSE, CHIMNEY SWEEP etc.

Then see if a parent or sibling can find the 15 words.

Then send me a picture!

Reading

Make sure you read your reading book for at least 15 minutes a day. If you run out of books to read then Oxford Reading Tree have a large range of online books. Make sure you upload a photo of your reading record on a Friday.
