Literacy Lesson

This week in Literacy we are going to be thinking about our model text, which was the report on the Royal Ball that you started to look at last week. In today's lesson we are going to think about creating a text map to help us retell the report. You will need a copy of the text, a text map frame and a copy of my text map. These are all posted below. You can print the text map frame out if you wish or you could draw one out - whichever works best for you.

History Lesson

Today in History we are starting our brand new topic all about 'Kings & Queens.' Today we will be finding out what a monarch is, and what kinds of things a monarch does. You will also think about the qualities needed to be a good monarch. On Friday lots of you made a royal crown, and you might want to wear that for today's History lesson and activity!
